Al Bashiri Group has long been involved in piling of soil apt for construction of bridges, intersections, under-water drilling, underground drilling for oil fields and even accomplishing underground parking. All these have been achieved by employing the Injectojet Technology. The Injectojet system has been developed by the technical group from TECNIFOND, over 30 years ago from original Japanese technology. The process is divided in two phases.
PHASE—I A boring hole has to be drilled at the required depth. PHASE—II During the extraction of the rods by several nozzles a mixture of water, cement and alloying elements is injected by pressure from 200 to 1200 bars into the ground. According to the required size of the pile (200mm—3000mm) and the existing soil quality we operate adjusting the injection pressure, the rotation and the continuous extraction speed. With good quality chemical alloying elements, it is possible to operate in severe working conditions, even in running water. The methods of retaining wall construction employ bored piling techniques—normally CFA or rotary.. They provide special advantages where available working space dictates that basement excavation faces be vertical. Both methods offer technically effective and cost efficient temporary or permanent means of retaining the sides of bulk excavations even in water bearing strata. |
